To control garments measurement will have follow some effective instruction,then we can make sure garments measurement inline.

1.Will have arrange Shrinkage report,Before wash Measurement if wash available,Size Set report,1st Production garment measurement report,Initial/Pilot run garments measurement report,etc.

2.Cutting Pannel Measurement with available pattern and compared to before pattern with after correction pattern.

3.Sewing Allowance should be follow International Standard  1CM.

4.Down garment must be follow channel wise measurement and proper Down distribution.

5.Shrinkage wise pattern adjust and follow up Inline when shrinkage wise pattern available.

6.S/b follow iron shrinkage Inline,if available iron shrinkage as per fabric nature.

7.Overlock/Vertical Machine must be arrange allowance Gauge,that the operators will have control over cutting.

8.Rib,Elastic,Lacra Binding will have need proper iron and proper measurement adjustment.

9.Rib,Elastic,Drawcord will follow standard size controlling system.

10.Garments must have measurement hourly base and when a new size will come output and be highlight to concern management,if there have found measurements Out of tolerance.

2.Should be use Needle Feet machine.

স্যাম্পলঃ

(লেখাটা সম্পূর্ণই ফ্রেশারদের জন্যে বা জুনিয়রদের জন্য) আমরা সবাই কাজ করতে গিয়ে একটা জিনিস নিয়ে একরকম টানাটানি অবস্থায় থাকি আর তা হলো স্যাম্পল। আসলে স্যাম্পল কি?

এককথায় বলতে গেলে, স্যাম্পল হচ্ছে এক বা একাদিক গার্মেন্টস আইটেম যা কোন একটি লট, ব্যাচ বা পুরো অর্ডারের সকল গার্মেন্টসকে উপস্থাপন করে। 

স্যাম্পলের সাহায্যে প্রধানত গার্মেন্টস আইটেমের নিচের বিষয়গুলো ধারণা নেওয়া হয়।

✔ ডিজাইন

✔ ম্যাজারমেন্ট

✔ কোয়ালিটি

✔ ফিটনেস

✔ বাহ্যিক দিক

উপরের বিষয়গুলো সঠিকভাবে অনুসরণ হচ্ছে কিনা তা জানার জন্য প্রোডাকশনের বিভিন্ন স্টেজে বিভিন্ন ধরণের স্যম্পল বানাতে হয় এবং তা বায়ারের কাছে সাবমিট করতে হয় এবং এপ্রুভাল নিতে হয়।

এই কাজগুলো কিভাবে করা হয়?

-সর্বপ্রথম তৈরি করতে হয় 

💢Proto Sample. অর্ডার প্রধানের পূর্বে প্রথম স্যাম্পল এটি। বায়ারের পক্ষ থেকে Requirement পেয়ে এই Sample বানানো হয়। ফ্যাক্টরিতে Available Trims & Accessories দিয়ে এটি বানিয়ে বায়ারকে দেখানো হয় শুধুমাত্র Styling দেখার জন্য। এটা হলো প্রথম স্টেজ। 

তারপরের স্টেজে বায়ার এর দেওয়া Fabrication অনুযায়ি Sample বানানো হয়। Actual Color না  হলেও অন্য কালার কিন্তুু GSM ঠিক রেখে এবং সুতার Count ঠিক রেখে Sample বানানো হয়।

বায়ার প্রদত্ত Fabrication, Composition ও GSM অনুযায়ী এই স্যাম্পল বানানো হয়। এই স্যাম্পলের ফেব্রিক যে কোন কালারের হলে সমস্যা নেই তবে Fabrication, Composition, GSM এবং সূতার Count অবশ্যই বায়ারের রিকয়্যারমেন্ট অনুযায়ী হতে হবে। 

এবার পরবর্তী সবগুলোকে আমি যদি বর্ননা করি তাহলে, 

💢Photo Sample:

Actual Fabrics, Trims & Accessories দিয়ে এই Sample বানানো হয় এবং বায়ারকে দেখানো হয়।

Size Set Sample

বায়ার প্রদত্ত Size অনুযায়ী Grading করে, প্রত্যেক সাইজের জন্য কয়েকটি করে গার্মেন্টস স্যাম্পল বানিয়ে বায়ারকে দেখানো হয়।

💢Counter Sample:

মূল অর্ডারের রেফারেন্স হিসেবে এই স্যাম্পল বানানো হয়। গার্মেন্টস এর সবগুলো রিকয়ারমেন্টস যেমন- Actual Trims & Accessories, সাইজ, কালার, ফেব্রিক টাইপ, প্রিন্ট, এম্ব্রয়ডারি, ওয়াস ইত্যাদির সাহায্যে এই সাম্পল রেডি করে বায়ারের কাছে সাবমিট করা হয়। 

💢PP or Pre Production Sample:

Bulk প্রডাকশন শুরু করার পূর্বে প্রতি Size এর দুই Piece করে Sample বানানো হয়। এবং এই স্যম্পল ফলো করে Bulk এর সব প্রডাকশন করা হয়।

💢SMS or Sales Man Sample:

এই স্যম্পল প্রায় Pre Production Sample এর মতই। অনেক বায়ার এই স্যাম্পল চেয়ে থাকে।

💢TOP or Top Over Production Sample:

Bulk এর 20% - 30% Production হলে এই Sample বানাতে হয়।

💢Shipping Sample বা Shipment Sample:

ফাইনাল ইন্সপেকশন এ কিরকম গার্মেন্টস যাচ্ছে এবং তার কোয়ালিটি কি রকম হবে তা বুঝার জন্য বায়ারকে এই স্যাম্পল দিতে হয়।
